Little Wooden Spoon

August 2020 – After a few hot, humid weeks, we had our first cool summer night. It was refreshing, but also an ominous foreshadow of late Fall and Winter, when safer outdoor meetups wouldn’t be as easy. 

So out came the cups of tea… and the little wooden spoon I use to scoop leaves into the pot. There is such beauty and comfort in tea… and also in the mugs and the spoons made with care. My thanks to Tom Frederick for making beautiful wooden spoons.
