Bunch of Basil

August 2020 – One thing fared all right during these Pandemic days*: Eamonn’s holy basil plant. Holy bumper crop! Bring on the basil gin gimlets. And, thanks to our friend Maria’s suggestion, peanut butter basil toast (a fun new snack in the Heaton home).
